How do I register for a username?

After your account has been created, you can click on the Login button and proceed from there to establish username and password. On the upper right corner of the site you will see an option that says Register or Login or you may click here.

How do I update the email address on my account?

Once you sign in, the My Account page appears and there are instructions in the body of the page description with hyperlinks and categories. On the left sidebar of the page, locate and click on Account Details. You will find your email address along with other basic profile information.

What can my Client Liaison Representative (CLR) help me with?

Your CLR can help with multiple issues related to but not limited to pricing of items, giving additional account access to a user, updating profile information, adding or removing items from your shopping list, and establish par levels to facilitate your operation sustainability.

Can I manually add items to my wish list or to an order?

Yes, if you have a GMC item number, you can add it to your Wish list providing it is in our catalog.  Just click on the (heart shape) below item and view your wish list or click on heart shape at the top right corner of your page.

How do I find out when my backordered items will ship?

Contact your CLR at 1-888-800-6825. Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. pst.

How do I edit an order I just placed?

If you need changes made, immediately after your order was placed, sign in to your account, click on cancel your order and start a new order. Email us with the order number or for assistance contact your CLR at 1-888-800-6825; We are here to help you! Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. pst.

How do I find product alternatives?

Perform a product search, click on an item number.  Once you are in the product detail page, click on View Alternates.

Is globalmedcables.com checkout process secure?

Yes, our website is protected with the most secure encryption SSL Certificate. Your privacy is important to us, and this encryption ensures that your information stays private, safe, and secure.  We use Payeezy as our payment gateway powered by First Data.

Does GMC take orders over the phone?

Yes, our CLR specialists are available to answer all of your questions, process orders over the phone, and send a formal quotation for you to review at your convenience. Feel free to contact your CLR at 1-888-800-6825. Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. pst

Does GMC accept purchase orders?

Yes, GMC offers terms to approved customers. Purchase order numbers are excepted after each transaction during checkout. Purchase orders can also be emailed to your CLR or call 1-888-800-6825. Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. pst.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by contacting your CLR at 1-888-800-6825 or globalmedcables.com chat portal. There is no penalty for cancellation of an order prior to shipment, however, this does not apply to custom orders.

Does GMC process international orders?

We do accept international orders. Orders can be placed online at globalmedcables.com (members only), via email or over the phone with your CLR. To get started you must have a contract with Global Med Cables, Inc. See below for types of acceptable payments.

What forms of payment does GMC accept?

  • Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard are both accepted through the GMC website.
  • PayPal – PayPal is a way for domestic and international customers to pay with a Paypal account that is securely linked to a debit or credit account (only ships to address listed on PayPal account). Bank Wire

What are the shipping cost?

Which shipping carriers does GMC use?

Depending on the equipment and where it is being shipped, we may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. We ensure our customers receive their equipment in a timely manner and with the best price available, but are always happy to select your preferred carrier for shipping if desired at checkout.

Are expedited shipping options available?

Yes, expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. If you’re facing a time constraint, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout. Our specialists will contact you via phone or email with the expedited shipping cost and options prior to processing your order. Additionally, GMC is able to ship using the customer’s shipping account if requested.

Can items be returned?

At this time GMC is only accepting an exchange if the product is faulty and within 30 days of the purchase. Shipping fees will not be credited to your account, except when due to a GMC error. With Covid still a factor and back on the rise, it is simply too dangerous to accept products back for any other reason.

Is it easy to return items?

If your product is faulty, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.

Does GMC offer replacements and exchanges?

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item after the original items have been returned and tested. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different configuration. Exchanges will include the cost difference, shipping and a restocking fee.

Where do I find tracking information for my orders?

GMC strives to keep customers as updated as possible. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as orders are processed and shipped. GMC will notify you if there are any delays longer than the stated lead time, providing alternative options, as available.

When logged in, you may find tracking information under Track Your Orders on the top right corner of the site, in the Footer and on the My Account page. You may also search for orders using the Search Orders tool. Once you find your order, click into the order to see the details located under the description of the items.

How do I track my order?

To get updates on your shipment with an account you provided and depending on which carrier your order is being shipped with; you can track your order either by inputting your tracking number into the applicable shipping company website, follow the details above once you locate Tracking Your Order or you can give your CLR a call at 1-888-800-6825.

What is the warranty on products sold by GMC?

Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to Warranty in the Terms and Conditions of Purchase page for further information.
